Mr. Stouffer brings a wealth of experience to his practice.  He concentrates his practice on transactional real estate and administrative law generally, with particular experience representing non-profit organizations, owners and developers with institutional campuses, complex public financing, subsidized housing projects, and related administrative litigation and problem-solving, including zoning and local tax matters.
